The Eastchester Columbus Day Parade

2023 marks the 49th annual Columbus Day Parade here in the Town of Eastchester.  The parade will be lead by our Grand Marshal –JOE CERMELE, our Monsignor Anthony Maltese Humanitarian Award Recipient – RICHARD CARDINALI and the David R. DiRubba Community Service Award Recipient – DANIELLE LESTRANGE.

2023 also marks the first year that a new, fourth award has been created and in memory of Michael Provenzale. Michael was a deeply connected and philanthropic member of our community who supported so many programs and organizations throughout Eastchester individually and as owner of both The Pizza Shop and Scarsdale Pizza Station. Michael was one of the original Columbus Day vendors and returned each year to celebrate the weekend with family and friends from all over. Michael was honored as our parade’s grand Marshall in 2017.

It is with great pleasure and pride that this year, LENNY MERONE will be the recipient of our new, Michael Provenzale Community Service Award.

The parade will assemble at Immaculate Conception Church (ICC) on October 8, 2023 and step off at 3:30 PM.

The Route is as follows:

ICC parking lot to Dempsey Place to Main Street. North on Main Street to White Plains Road and continue North on White Plains Road to Lake Isle Country Club to meet the Eastchester Columbus Day Carnival.

A small assembly and presentation will follow at the carnival to recognize our honorees and prior evening's competition winners.

If you or an organization you are affiliated with would like to march or perform in this year's parade, please contact us.

We hope to see you all on the streets of Eastchester as the parade passes by!
